MediData Patient Digital Folder™ is an electronic administrative record management system that enables healthcare providers to document patient administrative activities, streamline workflow and securely exchange data with patients, payers and other providers.

Each patient’s file is indexed based upon the identifier that you select, such as the patient medical record number assigned upon initial registration. All patient files are available for review anywhere within your intranet and access to this information is protected with appropriate privacy and security measures.

Patient Digital Folder takes any electronic information, including scanned images, email, print files, PDF files and data files. Billings, payments, bank records, letters and documents can all be attached to a patient’s record.
