MediData Medicaid Revenue Recovery Service

MediData’s automated batch processing service eliminates manual eligibility searches. It identifies date-specific Medicaid coverage for self-pay patients. The service also identifies Medicare, third-party insurance, and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) coverage.
 
Maximize Medicaid information

We eliminate manual eligibility searches and include identification of both active and inactive accounts. We test for each patient’s eligibility for the beginning and ending service dates provided. If a patient is eligible for those service dates they are reported on an active patient list, so you can immediately bill Medicaid.

Also, for each new patient you send us, we check for previous Medicaid eligibility for up to three years. Patients with Medicaid numbers, but no current eligibility, are reported to you. Patients found not to have a Medicaid number remain in our file for automated eligibility searches for up to three years.

You provide files via secure email or through a secure FTP site. New files begin processing almost immediately and are typically completed overnight. The results of this processing are placed in our secure FTP site every morning.

Our pricing plan is the lowest in the industry, period. We can check data weekly or monthly, your choice. Once you specify the search frequency, you are charged one low price per patient, per month.
